Communication Policy

You as a client, are very important to me and I wish to take personal care and consideration of each one of you. To that end, please be patient, and I will do my utmost to give each and every one of you the attention and detail that you deserve / require.
With that in mind, please read/listen carefully:

• Office hours for Haley at Living Raw by Grace are Monday – Friday 9am-4pm. During these hours I may be coaching clients, facilitating workshops, or on calls.
  

Due to the personal attention needed for each client, please see the following schedule I will use as a guideline:

• For non-urgent requests, please leave a message/ drop me an email and I will respond to you within two working days.
  
• For urgent requests, please text me and I will reply as quickly as I can.
  
• Clients who are currently involved in a Detox program will take priority over miscellaneous requests or questions.
  

Please Note:

• As I know each situation is different and can feel urgent to you, my respected client, I will do my best to address and answer all inquiries, voicemails and emails as quickly as I possibly can.
